Process Developer, Business Partner Master Data (1,5 year-contract)

Strategic Staffing Solutions International's customer is a is an industry leader in sustainable technologies, providing end-to-end solutions and services for the aggregates, minerals processing, and metals refining industries worldwide. They help customers improve energy and water efficiency, boost productivity, and reduce environmental risks through their expertise. Their Controlling Team in Vilnius is seeking a Business Partner Master Data Process Developer.


What you will do:

• Develop, improve current/new processes, system fuctionalities
• Focus on a new, streamlined Business Partner (BP) solution project
• Identify opportunities and drive digitalization, automation and use of smart tools together with the finance development and Global Process Owners
• Close cooperation with respective stakeholders (Sales/Procurement/Finance)
• Facilitate communication with process owners and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of process improvements
• Train, support and guide end users and process participants;
• Prepare and maintain process documentation: SOPs, process maps, user guides

What you will need:

• Understanding of Business Partner Master Data processes
• Strong communication, solution oriented abilities
• Analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
• Proactiveness and continuous improvement mindset
• SAP, other accounting software and databases experience
• Advanced written and oral English
• Lean Six Sigma considered as advantage

• Salary range: 3300-3800 EUR/month gross + annual bonus
