As Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
· Developing and executing paid marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
· Planning media activities and optimizing channel mix across digital platforms.
· Managing advertising budgets to maximize ROAS, revenue, profit and marketing efficiency.
· Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance based on key KPIs.
· Conducting A/B testing across creatives, audiences and messaging.
· Preparing performance reports, forecasts, dashboards, and actionable insights.
· Managing attribution models, tracking infrastructure, and marketing analytics.
· Collaborating with analytics and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and proper tracking.
· Identifying growth opportunities and testing new acquisition channels and tools.
· Overseeing external agencies and coordinating internal performance marketing specialists.
· Working with design and content teams to develop and optimize advertising assets.
· Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
· Ensuring compliance with platform policies, brand guidelines, and privacy regulations.
