We invite a Payroll Specialist to join our Accounting and Tax Reporting team! 

In this role, you will: 

• Calculate employee salaries and other employment-related payments, perform deductions and statutory contributions to government institutions; 

• Verify the accuracy and timely submission of payroll accounting documents; 

• Prepare and submit payroll calculation and payment sheets within set deadlines; 

• Compile and submit various payroll-related reports to State Institutions; 

• Participate in audits; 

• Provide consultations to clients on payroll and working time accounting matters, based on your area of expertise; 

• Perform other tasks assigned by your direct manager. 

You are our perfect candidate if you: 

• Have 1–2 years of experience in payroll accounting; 

• Hold a university degree in economics, finance, or a related field; 

• Be fluent in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written; 

• Possess strong time management skills, be able to make independent decisions, and efficiently prioritize tasks; 

• Demonstrate analytical thinking, the ability to identify areas for improvement, and find effective solutions; 

• Experience with Navision would be considered an advantage.
