Salary: 3300 - 4100 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your skills and experience. Bonus system depending on your performance, with a possibility to double your base salary or more. 

Location: Lithuania (hybrid)

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week).

What you'll be doing

As a Partnerships Manager, you’ll identify and negotiate strategic partnerships that expand Baltic Assist’s presence in new markets. You’ll build and maintain relationships with key partner organizations, associations, and ecosystem players, while collaborating with sales and marketing teams on joint initiatives. Your role includes monitoring market trends and partner performance, representing the company at events and conferences, and developing partnership roadmaps with clear KPIs to drive growth. You’ll lead high-impact partnerships, represent Baltic Assist at global events, and create initiatives that shape our market presence.

How you'll spend your day

  • Actively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities for nearshoring, virtual staffing, and financial services.
  • Conduct outreach, intro calls, discovery calls, and full sales cycles up to closing.
  • Build and maintain your own pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that drive new business opportunities. 
  • Grow Baltic Assist’s presence in different markets through partner networks. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partner organisations, associations, and ecosystem players. 
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create joint initiatives. 
  • Monitor market trends, partner performance, and competitive landscape. 
  • Represent Baltic Assist at events, conferences, and partner meetings. 
  • Develop partnership roadmaps and track KPIs. 

You'll be successful if you have  

  • 3–5+ years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem management. 
  • Experience collaborating with international partners. 
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and account-management skills. 
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to spot synergies and develop joint value propositions. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
