Our client — Sign on Tab is a secure and user-friendly document signing solution that helps organizations manage document workflows efficiently and reliably.

Sign on Tab is currently looking for an Onboarding & Support Specialist to join their Customer Success team. In this role, you will be the implementation person responsible for the technical part in the onboarding of the new clients — setting up their solution, preparing and uploading documents, running tests, and ensuring everything works as agreed. Alongside onboarding, you will also support existing customers in their day-to-day use of Sign on Tab and solve issues that arise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Implementing the document preparation and function set-up for the new clients: preparing and uploading documents to the system, configuring workflows, running tests, and implementing adjustments.

  • Delivering onboarding tasks on time and ensuring the agreed solution is delivered in the agreed scope.

  • Owning the tasks assigned: escalating problems and pro-actively searching for the solutions within the team when needed.

  • Handling customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels after go-live.

  • Analyzing complex cases and coordinating solutions together with internal teams.

  • Collecting customer feedback and providing insights for product and process improvements.

  • Maintaining and updating internal documentation and the knowledge base

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of onboarding and support processes and standards.

WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:
  • Fluency in Polish — both written and spoken (required).

  • Technical background — whether through studies (IT, engineering, or similar) or relevant work experience.

  • Experience in customer-facing roles: onboarding, implementation, support, or customer service.

  • Ability to independently manage tasks or small projects (timelines, comments, stakeholder communication).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in handling non-standard or complex situations.

  • Clear, professional, and empathetic communication with customers.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

  • High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.

NICE TO HAVE:
  • Experience working with Jira or similar task / project management tools.

  • Experience working in an IT / SaaS environment.

  • Experience with document signing or document management solutions.

  • Experience working with international customers.

SALARY RANGE:

Monthly salary range: EUR 1477 – 2266 gross, depending on your experience and competencies.
