We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and friendly Office Administrator to join our team in Vilnius. If you're the person who loves helping others, enjoys creating a warm and welcoming office atmosphere, and derives energy from keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do
As our Office Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for all office-related matters. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing office supplies — from stationery to weekly snack stocking.
- Being the first point of contact for employees who need a helping hand.
- Greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and redirecting them when needed.
- Managing the company mailbox and handling physical correspondence.
- Ensuring the office is tidy, cosy, and enjoyable for everyone.
- Supporting the Workplace Experience team with company events and wellbeing initiatives.
- IT equipment management.
- Fixed assets management.
