CEE Attorneys Lithuania is currently looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their vibrant team.
Welcoming and coordinating client visits and ensuring a professional reception experience.
Managing the overall office environment, ensuring supplies, correspondence, daily operations, and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace.
Communicating with office service providers and suppliers to ensure timely maintenance and uninterrupted office operations.
Handling administrative tasks such as document management, maintaining registers, and invoices.
Planning and organizing employee events, overseeing office traditions and birthdays, ensuring employee well-being.
Onboarding new employees, helping them integrate smoothly into the team and office culture.
Arranging business trips and managing related logistics.
Providing assistance to colleagues as needed.
1+ years experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, empathetic approach.
Excellent organizational, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
