ABOUT THE POSITION
New Product Launch Manager at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: We’re looking for a New Product Launch Manager to coordinate the successful transition of new products from development to mass production. In this role, you’ll ensure that all teams are aligned, required information is available, and manufacturing is fully prepared for each product launch.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate new product launches from Product Development handover to mass production
- Act as the main communication bridge
- Ensure all required product information and documentation (drawings, specifications, samples) is collected and shared
- Coordinate manufacturing preparation, including production lines, equipment, and workplace setup
- Track launch timelines, readiness status, and maintain structured documentation
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure follow-up on action items
- Identify risks or blockers and escalate them when necessary
- Communicate launch readiness and progress to key stakeholders
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–2+ years of experience in product launch coordination, project coordination, or a similar role
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle
- Ability to work with technical documentation and product information
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to managing tasks and timelines
- Ability to coordinate across teams and communicate clearly with different stakeholders
- Proactive mindset and ability to identify and escalate issues
- English language skills (at least B2 level)
It’s a plus if you have
- Experience with MES systems or manufacturing process tracking
- Familiarity with production planning or manufacturing readiness processes
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or process improvement methodologies
- Experience working in cross-functional product launch or NPI environments
SALARY: 3000-3800 Eur/month GROSS
