Business Analysts
About the Role:
A high‑profile Federal Government program is seeking multiple experienced Business Analysts to assist with the delivery of various ICT Projects including artificial intelligence and emerging technology.
Key Responsibilities:
information management environments
business cases, functional & non-functional specifications, process maps, user stories,
service design artefacts, communication & change management plans, and reports
systems knowledge in alignment with departmental policies and legislations
requirements
Skills & Criteria:
Essential:
1. Experience facilitating workshops and developing business scenarios, process maps, data
models and use cases
2. Experience in developing User Stories and acceptance criteria for developers
3. Experience working on complex digital projects in an Agile environment
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
Desirable:
1. Relevant experience in implementing Information Technology Services
2. Experience documenting requirements for Office technologies
3. Experience using Azure DevOps for user story creation and tracking of acceptance criteria
4. Experience or knowledge of Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
