Middle Scrum Master

For our client, we are looking for a Scrum Master. To join us in driving digital transformation within the public sector by becoming a key part of agile teams working on the development and modernization of essential digital services. As a Scrum Master, you will help teams deliver value effectively while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
  
• Remove team impediments and support smooth delivery workflows
  
• Foster an open, collaborative, and self-organizing team environment
  
• Collaborate with System Analysts and stakeholders to ensure backlog clarity and alignment with business goals
  
• Monitor and improve team performance metrics
  
• Promote Agile best practices and support the team's growth in Agile maturity
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle complex team dynamics
  
• Fluency in Lithuanian (mandatory)
  
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written)
  
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a strong advantage
