Responsibilities
- Manage and consult on the implementation and operation of ERP systems, including financial administration, HRM, CRM, resource management, project management, and support (ticketing) systems;
- Set up and configure the base ERP system, including financial, HRM, and project management administrations;
- Configure user management and authorization models within the ERP system;
- Set up task and approval flows to optimize business processes;
- Ensure the ERP system operates within its existing functionality while meeting the specific requirements of the business;
- Build and utilize integrations (API management);
- Develop new connectors and add-ons to extend ERP system functionality.
Requirements
- Academic degree in Informatics, Engineering, or other related field;
- Proven experience in implementing and managing similar ERP systems (e.g., Rivilé);
- Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Postman) – beneficial;
- Proficient in .NET, JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS and/or Python – beneficial;
- Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
