Job Description
Strategic Staffing Solutions International is supporting a leading healthcare insurance provider in hiring a Member Account Processor who will play a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth operations within the membership and billing department.

- Work with 2 different channels of communication: answering incoming calls and processing written inquiries.
- Update and maintain insurance membership records using various systems and tools.
- Β Handle incoming calls by providing excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while providing clear and accurate information.
- Assist customers with billing questions, explaining charges, membership details, and contract terms.
- Forward inquiries to appropriate departments to ensure that specialized queries are handled by the correct team.
- Meet established quality and efficiency standards.
Requirements:
- At least C1 level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a call center environment and/or knowledge of the USA healthcare system would be an advantage.
- Ability to work USA time shifts 3:00 PM β 12:00 AM (no flexibility) in Kaunas, on-site.
