M&E Manager – AC Hotel by Marriott Vilnius

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented M&E Manager to lead our hotel’s meetings and events operations. You will be instrumental in delivering memorable, flawlessly executed experiences that align with the AC brand—sophisticated, seamless, and highly efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Meetings & Events (M&E) spaces and ensure flawless execution of events.
- Coordinate with sales, F&B, kitchen, and housekeeping teams to ensure all event details are met.
- Serve as the main contact for event clients before, during, and after events, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
- Manage event setup and breakdown, ensuring AC standards of presentation and function.
- Monitor event schedules, room setups, AV needs, and food & beverage service delivery.
- Track and optimize event-related revenues, contributing to profitability.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, local regulations, and health & safety requirements.
- Lead, coach, and schedule the M&E team to deliver efficient, courteous, and proactive service.
- Maintain inventory and coordinate the maintenance of event space furniture and equipment.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in managing hotel meetings & events operations, ideally within an international hospitality brand.
- Exceptional planning and coordination skills with a strong guest focus.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, comfortable working cross-departmentally.
- Calm under pressure with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with property management and events systems (e.g., OPERA, CI/TY) is an advantage.

The gross salary for this position from 2000 eur to 2300 eur per month.
