About Pulsetto
Pulsetto is one of the fastest-growing wellness device companies, helping people around the world — from the US and UK to Europe and Australia — reduce stress and sleep better with innovative vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) tech. You may have seen us on Netflix’s “Don’t Die”, our founder’s Shark Tank pitch 🦈, or even heard that Cristiano Ronaldo and top NBA players use Pulsetto for recovery.
Despite the spotlight, we’re a humble team of 50+, moving fast and working collaboratively — and now we’re looking for a junior/mid level Media Buyer who will scale our business to the next level.
Position overview
As a Media Buyer you’ll work closely with our performance marketing and creative teams to manage reporting, optimize creative testing, and support media buying execution. Over time, you’ll gain more ownership of channels, product launches, and even major account execution.
This is a role for someone who’s logical, ambitious, curious, and driven — someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of scaling DTC brands and eventually take over more responsibilities in media buying.
Your daily mission
- Replace and improve existing functions: Take over reporting processes, ad uploads, and ongoing reporting improvements
- Support social & brand teams with their media buying needs
- Own creative testing: Run the creative testing process end-to-end, analyze results, and identify winning ads
- Collaborate with the creative team: Provide data insights and strategies on optimizations, plus test new creative angle hypotheses
- Assist in media buying execution: Create campaigns/ad sets, duplicate ads, and perform basic account operations
- Work cross-functionally: Provide reporting, insights, and research to growth, CRO, email, and marketing teams
- Support new launches: Assist with media buying for new product launches or new channels (scope depends on seniority and performance)
Bonus points if you have:
- Entrepreneurial or business experience (any form or size)
- Risk vs reward decision-making skills
- Proven track record of scaling ecommerce accounts
Soft Skills We Value:

- Operational common sense – prioritize and act practically

What we offer:
- Hybrid work model – 3 days in the office (Vilnius) or fully remote if you’re based elsewhere
- Collaboration with international experts across Europe, the US, and beyond
- A chance to grow in a fast-paced, ambitious team that's shaping the future of wellness tech
- Office perks for our Vilnius team – including free lunch 3 times a week
- Birthday day off – celebrate on your terms
- Pulsetto device – support your well-being daily
- An open, supportive environment where dreaming big is part of the job
