Bits of your job:

• Support the team in daily operations and project management
• Assist with marketing campaigns optimization
• Manage tasks assigned by your supervisor and meet deadlines
• Continuously learn and develop skills to grow within the company
• Stay informed about social media advertising best practices
• Deliver feedback about occurring issues with the advertising platform
• Actively research, develop, and implement new advertising strategies and opportunities to stay ahead in the competitive landscape
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, brainstorm new ideas, and stay ahead of industry trends

Key expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field (current students or recent graduates are welcome)
• Strong English and Lithuanian fluency (written and spoken)
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and energetic personality
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Bonus:

• Previous hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Understanding of how to choose the right campaign objectives based on specific business goals (Sales, Leads, Engagement, Traffic, Awareness, App Promotion)

Salary: 500 €/mon. net
