ABOUT THE ROLE Have you ever inherited a HubSpot instance that needed more than surface-level fixes? Can you walk someone through a workflow or lifecycle-stage decision you made and defend why you made it - not just describe what it does? Our HubSpot instance needs a fresh, expert rebuild. We're hiring a Marketing Operations Manager who has genuinely built and administered HubSpot before, not just used it, to take ownership of the platform end to end and make it the reliable backbone of our marketing engine. You'll report directly into Revenue Operations and work closely with Marketing and Sales Ops. This is an individual contributor role, because the first and most urgent job is architectural: taking HubSpot to the next level.
WHAT YOU'LL DO First 90 days - HubSpot architecture
Audit the current HubSpot setup end to end (properties, workflows, lists, forms, lifecycle stages, integrations) and identify what's broken, built wrong, or not built at all;
Build the architecture properly: clean property structure, sane workflow logic, correct lifecycle stage definitions, and documentation that means the next person doesn't inherit a mess;
Fix data hygiene issues at the source rather than patching symptoms downstream.
Ongoing ownership
Own HubSpot as the marketing automation platform: campaigns, lead scoring, segmentation, nurture flows, forms, UTM and tracking governance, consent and list compliance;
Work with RevOps to close the gaps between HubSpot and Salesforce, including known issues like Campaign Member sync, untracked WhatsApp activity, and inbound form submission leakage;
Partner with the RevOps team on broader initiatives that touch marketing data and lead flow, such as inbound lead enrichment, speed-to-lead tracking, and campaign attribution;
Build and maintain reporting that Marketing, Sales, and leadership can actually trust;
Recommend and help implement tooling upgrades as we scale (e.g. HubSpot tier upgrades) based on real usage and contact volume, not guesswork.
WHAT WE EXPECT
Experience: 3+ years specifically in a marketing operations role, with hands-on HubSpot administration and build experience - not just campaign execution inside HubSpot;
HubSpot Architecture: Real, demonstrable experience designing HubSpot architecture - workflows, custom properties, lifecycle stages, list segmentation, lead scoring;
CRM Integration: Experience integrating HubSpot with a CRM (Salesforce experience is a strong plus given our stack);
Data Mindset: Comfortable working with imperfect data and fixing it at the root, not around it;
Nice to have: HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Revenue Operations, or similar); experience with B2B lifecycle/nurture campaigns, not just B2C; familiarity with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, or similar sales engagement/CRM platforms; exposure to AI-assisted enrichment or qualification workflows.
WHAT WE OFFER
Real ownership: You own HubSpot end to end - the audit, the rebuild, the ongoing architecture;
Trust that compounds: The reporting you build becomes what Marketing, Sales, and leadership actually rely on to make decisions;
Personal budgets: Annual budgets for equipment, learning & development, wellness, and team-building, covering everything from home office gear to courses, gym memberships, and health costs;
Flexible ways of working: Work from the office, hybrid, or remotely from Lithuania, and take it further with manager approval - colleagues have already worked from destinations across several continents;
A team that knows how to celebrate: Company-sponsored summer fests, autumn workations abroad, quarterly team-buildings, and smaller events throughout the year, alongside everyday office perks like snacks, terraces, and gaming areas;
Melp benefits platform: Discounts, holiday greetings, and extra budgets, all in one place.
