Our client, the Institute of Metacognitive Programming (IMCP), is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead and elevate the promotion of its online educational products on the European and U.S. markets. This is a full-time remote position for a marketing professional with extensive experience in international launches, digital strategy, and content-driven growth who can drive measurable results and scale IMCPs global presence.

As IMCP expands its online programs—including courses, certifications, group coaching, and subscriptions—strategic marketing and high-performing campaigns are critical for audience engagement, conversion, and long-term growth in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for online products targeting Europe and the U.S.
- Organize and manage marketing activities across multiple channels.
- Lead project execution, oversee all stages of program launches, and ensure milestones are met.
- Allocate and monitor marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Identify new ideas to improve key metrics, optimize conversion at each stage of the funnel, and test hypotheses for scalable growth.
- Implement content strategies that support product promotion and audience engagement.
- Achieve SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) targets through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with contractors, agencies, and external partners.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting with clear insights on performance and results.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Proven success promoting educational projects—experience with author-led programs is a strong advantage—in European and U.S. markets.
- Demonstrated experience launching marketing campaigns or programs in new markets.
- Strong organizational and planning skills: ability to create detailed plans, manage schedules, budgets, and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset: ability to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Team leadership and collaboration skills: ability to inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
