A well-established, high-visibility B2B platform operating across Baltic and Nordic markets is inviting an experienced Marketing & Event Development Lead to take full ownership of its flagship international forum and related commercial growth initiatives.

This is a strategic, hands-on role for a commercially focused professional who can combine event leadership, marketing execution, and responsibility for revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale a large-scale international B2B forum (c. €200–250K budget, ~1,000 participants, hybrid format)

  • Own program development, sponsor portfolio, partner relations, and financial performance (EBITDA focus)

  • Manage outsourced production, technical, and creative suppliers

  • Deliver 2–3 additional paid B2B events annually

  • Oversee marketing execution in cooperation with an external agency (brand integration, communication, digital presence)

  • Drive membership and partner acquisition through structured lead generation and sales processes

  • Contribute to commercial product development and international expansion

We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing complex B2B events or high-impact marketing projects with significant budgets

  • Strong commercial mindset and confidence in revenue responsibility

  • Experience working with sponsors, partners, and senior-level stakeholders

  • Ability to comfortably engage with C-level executives in an international environment

  • Structured, resilient, and capable of managing multiple deadlines

  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English
