ABOUT THE ROLE
Can you keep a multi-jurisdiction group's entities, registers, and UBO filings straight in your head, and know exactly what needs fixing before someone asks? Are you as comfortable drafting an intragroup agreement as you are answering a sales team's question about VAT?
We're looking for a Legal Counsel (Corporate & Tax) to join our in-house legal team and work across corporate/group structure matters and the group's tax and finance-law needs. You'll work alongside the legal team, as well as the finance team, external advisors, and product teams — owning both the day-to-day casework and the proactive work of spotting what needs attention before it becomes a problem.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Corporate & group matters
  • Managing the entity lifecycle across multiple jurisdictions within an international group — changes of directors/shareholders/ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), register updates, corporate approvals (dividends, loans, IP transfers, etc.);
  • Monitoring corporate matters and changes across the group, initiating them and seeing them through — proactively identifying what needs to be updated, resolved, or prepared;
  • Drafting and maintaining intragroup agreements (services, IP supply/licensing, loans, etc.), keeping them aligned with the group's transfer pricing position together with the finance team and tax advisors;
  • Coordinating external counsel, tax advisors, and corporate service providers — scoping the work and reviewing their deliverables.
Tax & finance law
  • Supporting the group's tax matters together with the finance team and external advisors — including VAT/tax registrations in other jurisdictions and the related filings and formalities;
  • Acting as a point of contact for the sales team when their clients request additional tax-related requirements or documentation, coordinating with finance and external advisors as needed;
  • Working on finance-law matters affecting the group and its transactions;
  • Supporting analysis around withholding tax, permanent establishment, and economic substance across the relevant jurisdictions.

WHAT WE EXPECT
  • Education: Master's degree in law;
  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience in corporate law, with cross-border group structures;
  • Tax knowledge: Familiarity with transfer pricing — able to draft intragroup agreements and work alongside tax advisors and the finance team, comfortable dealing with cross-border tax and VAT questions;
  • International exposure: Working across multiple jurisdictions and coordinating external advisors;
  • Drafting skills: Able to independently prepare agreements, minutes, and resolutions;
  • Mindset: Proactive, independent, and a team player — able to identify issues and drive them to completion;
  • Language: Fluent English.

SUCCESS IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS
  • Knows the group inside out — entities, jurisdictions, ownership, and the state of registers and UBO filings;
  • Handles corporate matters independently — director/UBO changes, resolutions, register updates, and external-advisor coordination;
  • Is a working point of contact for tax and finance questions — including VAT/tax registration needs and sales-team requests, coordinating with finance and external advisors;
  • Works proactively — initiates and drives matters end-to-end.

WHAT WE OFFER
  • Real ownership: You run the entity lifecycle and intragroup agreements for an international group end to end, not a slice of casework handed down from someone else;
  • Cross-functional reach: You work directly with finance, product, sales, and external advisors — your judgment shapes how the group actually operates, not just how it's documented;
  • Resources to win: Budgets for tools, wellness, and professional growth - plus support for work equipment and other essentials;
  • Flexible ways of working: Work from the office, hybrid, or remotely from Lithuania, and take it further with manager approval;
  • Exclusive perks: A range of benefits, from snacks to workations and special company experiences;
  • Salary range: €3,800–4,500 gross/month depending on experience.
