Join our General Accounting Services Team in Vilnius

As a Leading Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will ensure the integrity of Accounts Receivable processes and customer master data management.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing bank transaction reconciliations and resolving discrepancies while maintaining accurate customer master data
  • Leading the accounts receivable process, resolving complex customer disputes, and collaborating with project controllers and managers
  • Overseeing interactions among customer data, billing, and payment collection, communicating insights for strategic decision-making
  • Ensuring customer master data accuracy and managing credit checks for proper account setup
  • Spearheading process improvements by applying critical thinking and integrating modern technologies to automate processes and enhance efficiency
  • Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and developing reporting tools for performance analysis

Furthermore, you should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or customer data management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Administration
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Salary for this position starts from 2700 to 3800 EUR before taxes. We believe in your professional capability, therefore the final offer will be based on your skills and experience.
