As a Lawyer you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the legal function in the field of e-commerce (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia).

  • Ensuring compliance of the company's activities with the requirements of legal acts.

  • Assessment of the company's legal risks related to the company's activities, preparation of conclusions and proposals.

  • Consulting and assisting company employees in the preparation of documents on various legal issues (contracts, sales, consumer complaint handling, advertising, personal data protection, work, etc.).

  • Preparing, reviewing, correcting the company's internal procedure documents.

  • Coordinating the preparation of responses to consumer complaints.

Sounds interesting? We expect you to:

  • Have at least 2 years of legal work experience in the private sector, law firm, retail or e-commerce company;

  • Have good understanding of contract law, personal data protection issues, consumer law, advertising law and labor law;

  • Have experience in applying the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts that regulate the company's activities in the specified areas of responsibility in practice;

  • Have analytical and legal reasoning skills;

  • Have ability to work in a very dynamic environment of a group of companies;

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
