- Provide accurate, relevant and timely advice on a variety of legal topics that relate to the business sector and their products or services
- Prepare, review and analyze procedural and other documents (requests, claims, appeals, notifications and etc.)
- Draft and review various contracts and agreements
- Prepare company’s internal documents (policies, rules, minutes, decisions and etc.)
- Stay up to date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the business and specific industry
- Consult, clarify and legal advice regarding company’s processes and procedures
- Communicate within the third parties
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of law
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and oral)
- Good command of GDPR requirements would be considered as a great advantage
- Ability to conduct legal research work of varying complexity
- Ability to analyze and interpret law and legal issues
- Ability to manage, accumulate, systematize, summarize information and draw conclusions based on it
