I am Gediminas Šarkanas, and I am currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Key Account Managers team at Telia Lietuva. In this role, you will be a part of the team of professionals working with existing medium & large business clients located in East region of Lithuania. You will take care of existing and future business clients’ needs, advise and help them choose the right IT and telecommunications solutions to grow their business. The position is based in Vilnius.

As a Key Account Manager, you will…

… ensure that sales targets are achieved by building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing large segment business clients through daily contact and visitations. This includes consulting with clients, handling their inquiries via emails and calls, preparing commercial offers, solving problems, managing negotiations, and securing contracts. You will also be responsible for monitoring the competitive landscape and collaborating with various teams across the organization to address clients’ requirements effectively.

Who we're looking for

The suitable candidate will have prior experience in key account management and a genuine interest in the IT and telecommunications sectors. We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and proactive individual who is solution-oriented and customer-focused. Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Solid stakeholder management skills are also key to success in this role. A college or university degree is required, along with fluency in both Lithuanian and English. Additionally, the candidate must possess a valid Category B driver’s license.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2500 - 2800 EUR before tax deduction plus quarterly bonuses, which average 6000Eur before taxes, depending on the results achieved.
