JUNIOR LAWYER
What will you be doing?
- Drafting and reviewing loans, leasing, and other financial product agreements with the clients and consultations for the sales team.
- Coordinating pledges, mortgages, and other notarial transactions with notary offices and clients.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts with service providers, drafting power of attorneys.
- Administrating internal contracts and power of attorney's registers.
- Registration of information in public registers.
- Advising bank management in debt collection processes.
- Administrating document management system (familiarization with legal documents and their registration) and development.
- Answering institutional inquiries, etc.
What will help you succeed?
- Degree in Law.
- Work experience in the notary office or finance institution would be an advantage.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible, proactive, and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work in a team.
