Junior Creative Strategist

Prime Prometics is the fastest-growing pro-age cosmetics brand in the world, and we’re looking for a Junior Creative Strategist who's ready to roll up their sleeves and build real performance marketing expertise from the ground up.

This is an entry point into the world of performance creative - ideal for someone curious, analytical, and sees themselves as a fast learner. You'll support our creative strategists with competitors’ research, briefing, content organization, and AI-powered content generation. If you're resourceful, quick to learn, and energized by seeing your contributions turn into ads that reach millions, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Draft creative briefs for designers and video editors based on guidance from senior strategists.
• Learn and use AI tools to generate content ideas, ad copy, scripts, and visual concepts.
• Conduct competitor, audience, and trend research to support creative planning.
• Monitor TikTok, Instagram, and competitor ads regularly to spot emerging formats, hooks, and creative angles - and compile inspiration for the team.
• Help organize and maintain content libraries, asset folders, and project trackers.
• Stay curious about what's working in paid media and bring new ideas to the table.

What We're Looking For:

• Genuine interest in performance marketing and creative strategy.
• A sense for what makes people click and convert - whether you get there through intuition or data.
• Adaptable learner - you keep up with a marketing landscape that changes constantly.
• Willingness to learn AI tools for content generation (prior experience is a huge plus).
• Strong organizational skills - you can manage multiple workstreams and keep details tight.
• Clear, responsive communication - you take feedback well and ask the right questions.
• Proactive by default - you look for ways to contribute, not tasks to be assigned.
• Fluent English, written and spoken (ad copy experience is a bonus).
• Curious about what makes ads perform on Meta and TikTok.

SALARY: 2000 - 2500 EUR/month GROSS (depending on your skills and competencies).
