Join Oxylabs' Account Management team as a Junior Account Operations Manager and play a key role in enhancing communication quality and operational efficiency. You'll have the opportunity to develop training programs, refine internal processes, and make a significant impact on the team's success. If you're passionate about process improvement and have a keen eye for detail, this role is for you!
Your day-to-day:
- Perform recurring QA on team communication across Gmail, Slack, Gong, and Salesforce.
- Assess customer interactions, refine QA frameworks, and track communication KPIs.
- Optimize team operations, maintain knowledge bases, and improve processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends and support customer-related strategies.
- Assist with CRM management, reporting, and ad hoc operational initiatives.
- Conduct workshops and training on communication and operational excellence.
- Oversee onboarding, ensuring new hires align with company standards.
What we expect:
- Prior experience in customer management roles (CS, AM, Sales).
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Customer Operations or Sales Enablement.
- Background in communication assessment and training.
- Familiarity with customer management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, MixMax, Gong).
- Proven track record of suggesting process improvements and mentoring others.
Salary:
- Gross salary: 2100 - 2700 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
