OFFICE MANAGER


What will you be doing?


We are looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on Office Manager to help create a smooth, welcoming, and well-functioning everyday environment at Finora Bank.

This role combines office operations, event coordination, employee experience, and administrative support. We are looking for someone who enjoys both organizing important processes and taking care of the small everyday details that make an office feel truly alive.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and a positive office environment
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, shared spaces, and everyday office needs
  • Organize company events, celebrations, and internal initiatives
  • Support documentation, internal systems, and administrative processes
  • Assist HR, Legal, Compliance, and other teams with coordination and operational tasks
  • Support onboarding, interview coordination, and employee experience initiatives
  • Help build a warm, organized, and engaging workplace culture



What will help you succeed?


  • Previous experience in office administration, operations, coordination, HR support, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Positive, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle both practical tasks and structured administrative work
  • Attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English
