Investment Services Analyst plays the crucial role in ensuring control activities over operations with securities and in provision of support in relation to reporting and data requests.

As Investment Services Analyst you will directly report to Investment Regulatory Support Team Lead - and your main focus will be on investment related data extracts, analysis, report composition, and presentation of results. You will ensure timely compliance related data analyses, regulatory reporting and internal reporting to stakeholder.

What You Will Do:

  •  Develop and implement measurement tools and monitor operational and compliance risks related to investment services
  • Develop and support client reporting related to investment and ancillary services
  • Support organization with investment service related data queries and reporting
  • Suggest new techniques and technologies to meet or exceed business goals
  • Contribute to development and deployment of the best practices to ensure effective risk management
  • Contribute to development of investment related internal regulations
  • Identify, assess and propose treatment of operational risks related to investment services
  • Proactively participate in the identification and assessment of compliance risks associated with the investment services, including development of risk mitigation measures in the assigned areas of responsibility

What We Expect:

  •  3-5 years experience in data analysis, operational risks, financial services or related fields
  • Must have data mining and database querying skills (SQL)
  • Must have knowledge and experience in using packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, MS Access with macros, etc.)
  • Programming for data and analytics (e.g. VBA, Python) will be considered an advantage
  • Preferably knowledge of financial instruments, risk measurement tools, and regulatory requirements related to investment product area
  • Advanced understanding of risks associated with investment services will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to execute tasks both on their own and in teams while working across borders
  • Initiative and readiness to take ownership as well as business mindset and customer focus
  • Flexibility and openness to change
  • Preferred higher education in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management or similar
  • Full proficiency in English. Proficiency in local language will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

  • Gross salary. 3,380-5,060 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies. For a more Senior candidate we could consider salary up to 5560 EUR/month depending on exceeding level of experience and competencies.
