Our Inside Sales team in Kaunas is looking for a motivated and communicative person to join us as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will build strong relationships with our customers, primarily in South of Europe, and engage in a variety of sales and customer service activities including sales support, pricing, quoting, financial reporting, business reviews, research and problem-solving.
This position offers a hybrid work model that allows you to work both from our office in Kaunas City Center and your home office.
Provide support to the customers and the outside sales team in South of Europe (no cold calling is required)
Support customers and the Outside Sales team in Southern Europe with daily sales activities
Prepare and send quotations, pricing proposals, and product information
Follow up on leads, sample requests, and customer inquiries
Keep customer and sales information up to date in CRM and other internal systems
Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure a smooth order process
Help prepare sales reports, dashboards, and presentations
Support the Inside Sales team with administrative and commercial tasks
Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and the overall customer experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a Science-related field
At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in electronics or manufacturing
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Comfortable working with digital tools such as CRM and ERP systems; experience with SAP is an advantage but not required
Very good Excel skills and strong analytical thinking
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong team spirit
Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

The salary range is 1900 EUR gross – 2100 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
