We are seeking an Infrastructure and Projects Engineer to manage building infrastructure of the Trelleborg Malta sites and lead relevant projects. If you're passionate about making a real impact and thriving in a dynamic environment, we want you on board!
Key Responsibilities includes:
- Ensuring optimum upkeep of the building infrastructure and related facilities.
- Managing subcontractors working on site relating to infrastructure and related services.
- Be involved with local authorities where required on infrastructural projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Controlling departmental spend as directed.
- Leading projects directly related to infrastructure, energy and other projects requiring substantial internal and external coordination.
- Managing any assigned team of subordinates
- Developing, leading, and implementing Trelleborg energy excellence initiatives in line with company standards.
- Monitoring and reporting company energy consumption and identify areas of improvement.
- Leading and supporting where required in audits.
- Performing other qualified duties as assigned

- Engineering degree or experience in a similar role
- Project management skills.
- Have an interest in energy related subjects.
- Self-motivated individual who can work with little supervision.
- Be a team player, with a positive attitude.
