We’re looking for an HR Operations Analyst to join our European HR Operations team and support employees and managers across Lithuania and other European countries.

In this role, you’ll ensure smooth execution of HR lifecycle processes, maintain high-quality HR data, and contribute to a consistent and positive employee experience across the region. If you enjoy working with HR systems, solving problems, and improving processes, this role is a great fit.

About the job:

HR Transactions & Data Management (40%)

  • Execute onboarding, job changes, organizational updates, employee data changes, and offboarding activities for Lithuania and selected European countries.

  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records in Workday and other HR systems.

  • Perform data validation, audits, and follow-ups to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Support managers and HRPs with Workday processes, routing, and approvals.

HR Service Delivery & Case Management (40%)

  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries via Workday and email, ensuring timely and service‑oriented support.

  • Prepare and administer employment lifecycle documentation (contracts, addendums, termination documents).

  • Contribute to strong HR service delivery and SLA performance across Europe.

Reporting, Data Quality & Compliance (10%)

  • Support policy‑related compliance requirements.

  • Maintain document retention practices aligned with local and regional regulations.

  • Provide timely evidence for audits.

Process Improvement & Regional Projects (10%)

  • Support improvements in HR processes, documentation, and knowledge base content.

  • Participate in testing and implementation of system enhancements and HR initiatives.

  • Contribute to regional HR Operations projects focused on standardization and employee experience.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, shared services, or similar roles.

  • Experience with HR systems; Workday experience is a strong advantage.

  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian; additional European languages are a plus.

  • Customer‑focused mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multinational environment.

The salary range is 2300 EUR gross – 2 500 EUR gross per month, but the final offer will depend on the selected candidate's experience and competencies.
