We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to join the opening team at AC Hotel by Marriott Vilnius. In this key role, you will shape and drive the hotel’s people strategy—championing a positive workplace culture, leading recruitment and onboarding efforts, and ensuring all HR practices reflect Marriott’s standards. This is a unique opportunity to build an inspiring work environment from the ground up and make a lasting impact as part of an exciting new chapter in Vilnius hospitality.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full recruitment and onboarding cycle to ensure a smooth and engaging start for all new team members.
- Foster positive employee relations and support performance management processes in line with Marriott values.
- Ensure full compliance with Lithuanian labor legislation and Marriott’s HR standards and policies.
- Plan and coordinate training, employee engagement, and development initiatives to support team growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and generate regular HR reports.
- Oversee payroll coordination in collaboration with Finance.
- Utilize HRIS systems to support efficient and data-driven HR operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR management, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Solid understanding of Lithuanian labor laws and contemporary HR practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.

Salary: 2600 - 2900 EUR GROSS per month
