We are looking for an innovative, ambitious team player to join our team as an HR Generalist, facilitating all key HR functions and programs. Our goal is to provide the best employee experience for our teams. Your Focus:

  • Support first-line managers with HR-related inquiries.
  • Administer employee records, including enrolments, changes, and terminations.
  • Keep the HRIS system up to date and in line with internal processes.
  • Assist with new-employee background checks.
  • Play an active role in the onboarding and separation processes.
  • Contribute to the Group HR roadmap, driving initiatives forward.
  • Collaborate with HRBP to execute performance & development programs in assigned areas.

Your Background:

  • Sound and up-to-date knowledge of local labor law.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in the HR field.
  • Experienced user of MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
  • A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills.
  • Open to learning new things and eager to drive change forward.

    The salary range for this position is 1800-2500 EUR month (gross) depending on experience.
