We are looking for an innovative, ambitious team player to join our team as an HR Generalist, facilitating all key HR functions and programs. Your Focus:
- Support first-line managers with HR-related inquiries.
- Administer employee records, including enrolments, changes, and terminations.
- Keep the HRIS system up to date and in line with internal processes.
- Assist with new-employee background checks.
- Play an active role in the onboarding and separation processes.
- Contribute to the Group HR roadmap, driving initiatives forward.
- Collaborate with HRBP to execute performance & development programs in assigned areas.
Your Background:
- Sound and up-to-date knowledge of local labor law.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in the HR field.
- Experienced user of MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
- A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills.
- Open to learning new things and eager to drive change forward.

The salary range for this position is 1800-2500 EUR month (gross) depending on experience.
