WHAT WILL YOU DO
Contribute to establishing a successful, credible, and professional recruitment model that aligns with best practices within the business
Collaborate with stakeholders to fully understand job requirements, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and creating exceptional candidate experiences
Craft detailed and precise job descriptions for open roles
Define the most effective sourcing strategies, channels, and social media platforms to attract top talent
Review applications, shortlist candidates, and organize screenings and interviews to assess their suitability and interest in the role
Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and their potential contribution to the organization
Coordinate and streamline the interview process with hiring managers
Foster positive relationships with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Professionally represent the organization and actively seek to attract high-performing professionals
Optimize the use of the Applicant Tracking System and other platforms to effectively source and recruit candidates
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
3+ years of proven HR experience, specializing in recruitment and talent acquisition
Expertise in a variety of attraction and selection methodologies, including sourcing strategies, competency-based interviewing, and assessment design/delivery
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever experience is a plus, but not required)
A proactive, can-do attitude with strong ownership and effective time management abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset and willingness to share knowledge
Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English

GROSS SALARY
2150 - 3500 Eur Gross. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
