Join our team as Group Operations Director and play a key role in shaping the success of our diverse hotel portfolio. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Implement digitization and technology to optimize costs and improve the operating company's performance.
  • Implement pre-opening processes to ensure smooth hotel openings.

Team Leadership:

  • Act as a liaison for hotel General Managers and their teams.
  • Establish annual objectives for hotel General Managers and oversee their recruitment.
  • Provide leadership and support to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate on teamwork and emotional intelligence programs.

Business/Concept Development:

  • Develop and implement hotel operating models and concepts for new projects.
  • Support feasibility reports, due diligence studies, and business plan projections.

Financial Performance:

  • Drive operational efficiency and exceed profit margins.
  • Support operations teams in achieving KPIs.
  • Oversee financial aspects (profit and loss statements, capital expenditures, budgeting) for each hotel.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A proven ability to inspire and motivate teams, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • The capacity to analyze complex situations, develop innovative solutions, and make informed decisions that drive results.
  • A deep understanding of hotel operations, including sales and marketing, food and beverage (F&B), human resources, and financial processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • A demonstrable history of success in hotel operations, ideally at the General Manager (GM), Chief Operating Officer (COO), or Director of Operations level.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
