Role Overview:

As a Customer Support for a leading travel project, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them via phone, email, and live chat. Your goal will be to provide clear information, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure a smooth, stress-free travel experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with travelers in a friendly and professional manner across phone, email, and chat

  • Handle a variety of requests, including booking assistance, itinerary changes, cancellations, and troubleshooting travel-related issues

  • Provide clear guidance, resolve concerns, and ensure customers feel supported throughout their journey

  • Maintain accurate case records and update customer interactions promptly

  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases in line with company procedures

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions

  • Meet service quality standards and performance goals consistently

  • Stay updated on travel policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure top-tier support

    

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Hebrew (C1/C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
