YOUR TASKS

Direct the warehouse division and ensure the attainment of agreed targets in the area of responsibility according to quality, cost, timing, service and cooperation (Q-C-T-S-C) as well as occupational safety and environmental protection. The main responsibilities for this position include:

• Coordinating and managing medium size warehouse operations, monitoring all warehouse-relevant processes, master data and warehouse types in the SAP system, initiating measures to secure system availability;
• Ensuring stock accuracy of parts and reacting to deviations on spot and applying available quality tools;
• Coordinating warehouse resources to ensure material supplies to internal and external customers according to requirements;
• Monitoring and optimizing how work is carried out and the working methods and processes used, assisting in the planning and design of the respective working areas;
• Assisting in the preparation of budget planning (including but not limited to the capital expenditure, cost center and headcount planning);
• Leading and developing levels below in their occupational areas to ensure excellent business results;
• Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks as well as hiring and evaluating performance and qualification demands.

• College or university graduate.
• At least 2 years in leadership and team management position.
• Proved ability to manage, lead, develop and motivate a team.
• Advanced English language skills (comparable to B2 / C1).
• Advanced MS Office 365 and SAP (R3 or S4) skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and purposeful, structured work approach and a hands-on mentality.
•  A highly committed and proactive attitude.
