Head of Operations

Now, we're looking for a Head of Operations - a hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence, optimize digital processes, and scale our internal systems in line with business ambitions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop the operations function across logistics, order management, fulfilment, pick-up of orders and support.
• Streamline and optimize key processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and performance.
• Partner closely with product, tech, and business teams to align operations with customer-centric solutions.
• Use data to monitor KPIs, improve workflows, and scale operations effectively.
• Implement and refine tools and platforms that support operational growth.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in digital or e-commerce environments.
• Understands how to scale digital operations through systems, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Is a great communicator and cross-team collaborator.
• Is data-driven, structured, and has a builder’s mindset.
• Has experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, and BI dashboards.
• Speaks fluent English.
