Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Line Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee our line maintenance operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of maintenance activities across our European network, with a strong operational presence in Vilnius.
You will be managing the technical team, ensuring compliance with EASA and internal standards, driving process improvements, and serving as a key liaison between maintenance, engineering, and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and inspire a team of line maintenance technicians across multiple stations.
- Ensure high-performance team culture and accountability.
- Plan resources, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Line Maintenance Operations
- Supervise and coordinate both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on A320, B737NG/MAX, and ERJ170–190 aircraft.
- Ensure maintenance is performed in accordance with customer instructions, maintenance programs, and EASA regulations.
- Oversee cabin reconfiguration projects, modifications, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Monitor daily operational performance, technical issues, and turnaround times.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure strict compliance with EASA Part-145, national regulations, and internal procedures.
- Maintain all maintenance records, documentation, and reporting in full regulatory compliance.
- Be responsible for maintaining airworthiness and documentation quality.
Process Improvement & Quality
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements in line maintenance operations.
- Support the introduction of new systems, technologies, and maintenance capabilities.
- Ensure best practices are applied across all line stations and shifts.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a primary point of contact with regulatory authorities (CAA/EASA) and customers.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, logistics, and quality departments.
- Coordinate daily line maintenance activities to ensure timely aircraft release.
Requirements:
Education & Certifications
- Degree in Aviation Maintenance Engineering or equivalent.
- EASA Part-66 AML (B1 or B1/B2) is an advantage.
- Eligible and willing to hold the role of a nominated maintenance postholder.
Experience
- Min. 5 years of experience in aircraft line maintenance.
- Proven leadership or managerial experience within a Part-145 environment.
- Hands-on experience with A320, B737NG/MAX, and ERJ170–190 aircraft preferred.
Technical & Regulatory Knowledge
- Deep understanding of EASA Part-145, airline maintenance operations, and documentation standards.
- Familiar with MPD, ADs, SBs, and maintenance recordkeeping.
- Able to interpret technical manuals and OEM instructions.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills – able to manage diverse technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexible, reliable, and hands-on approach to operational tasks.
Mobility
- Willingness to travel to line stations across Europe, as operational needs arise.

- The salary range for this position is from 7500 EUR [gross]. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies.
