Your day-to-day:
Engage in online communities and take part in discussions related to the company’s main topics.
Create and manage online profiles while building trust and keeping a professional, reliable presence.
Write posts and comments that add value, spark interest, and drive engagement.
Coordinate freelancers or contractors when extra help is needed to scale community or growth activities.
Work with the SEO and marketing teams to plan and test creative ideas for community growth.
Track performance and analyze results to understand what works best and identify new opportunities.
Your skills & experience:
At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, community management, or growth-related roles.
Strong understanding of how online communities and platforms operate, including algorithm basics and what it takes to build visibility there.
Excellent written English and ability to create short-form content that drives engagement.
Analytical mindset with ability to track engagement results and interpret performance data.
Hands-on, curious, and eager to experiment with new tactics and “growth hacks”.
Nice to have:
Experience working with fintech, or tech-related products would be a plus.
Knowledge of SEO, as well as tools like Ahrefs, SimilarWeb.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, or similar performance tools.
Experience managing or coordinating freelancers or external contractors.
Salary:
Gross salary: 1800 - 3100 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
