At CyberCare we’re building next-generation AI-powered products for a global audience. As our engineering efforts expand, we’re seeking a committed, hands-on Go Tech Lead. This role is perfect for someone who’s been a senior backend engineer, isn’t afraid to make architectural decisions, and is excited about both writing code and leading technical growth within the team.

What You Will Do

    • Take a leading role in introducing Go to our backend by building new microservices that emphasize performance, security, and reliability.
    • You will design APIs and databases from scratch to set the foundation for scalable software architecture.
    • You will write and maintain high-quality Go code and ensure that your services are ready for production use.
    • You will collaborate closely with DevOps and the wider engineering team to support smooth deployments through Docker and Kubernetes.
    • You will foster a culture of knowledge sharing by onboarding teammates, conducting code reviews, and hosting technical sessions.
    • You will participate in technical discussions and contribute your experience and insights to architectural decisions.
    • You will balance your time between hands-on coding and leading through mentorship, collaboration, and technical guidance.

What We Expect

    • 5+ years as a backend engineer designing scalable, reliable systems.
    • At least 2+ years of recent, hands-on Golang experience.
    • Proven track record in API design, database modeling, and establishing maintainable patterns.
    • Experience with software design principles (SOLID, clean architecture, etc.).
    • Comfortable with modern deployment pipelines - Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD concepts.
    • Confident in taking architectural ownership and making decisions for new service development.
    • Skilled communicator: able to explain, argue for, and present technical solutions with clarity.

    • Gross salary -  6000 - 7200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing salary based on your skills and competencies.
