Join fast growing Index Finance Team whose primary focus is to engage with leadership as a strategic and decision-making partner. Help achieve revenue and margin growth by delivering timely, insightful analysis and driving profitability while maintaining financial order and accuracy. The team consist of highly talented and motivated people based in Vilnius and the US.


We are seeking a Financial Analyst with expertise in revenue control/accounting. This role is part of growing Capital Access Platforms finance team, supporting its Index Licensing business. The key focus of this role is to support revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

  • Month end close: Manage and execute month end close process ensuring timely and accurate accounting of revenue
  • Forecast: utilize your forecasting expertise to provide run rate revenue forecast updates
  • Reporting: provide periodic reporting for your manager and business leadership
  • Ad-hoc: coordination of various ad hoc requests/tasks within area of responsibility
  • Process automation: automate current processes and utilize robotics or AI where possible

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Business Administration
  • Experience Required: up to 1 year
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, thorough and well organized
  • Able to utilize strong analytical skills, ensure accuracy, research and correct errors
  • Ability to be flexible, adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and formulas) is required; experience with BI tools (QlikView, Tableau or Microsoft Power BI) is a plus
