We are looking for an inspiring and detail-obsessed Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations at AC Hotel by Marriott Vilnius. As a key member of our opening team, you will play a vital role in shaping the guest experience by ensuring our spaces are impeccably clean, beautifully presented, and aligned with our commitment to excellence. Position Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping team and daily operations.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Oversee and conduct room inspections.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control of supplies.
• Develop cleaning schedules and training programs.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation and labor law.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping leadership role, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, safety standards, and hotel software systems.
• Good communication skills in English and Lithuanian.

Expected starting date: July 2025

Salary: 2500 - 2800 EUR GROSS per month
