As an EU Funding & State Aid Consultant, you will provide essential project management and administrative support to our clients, ensuring their projects comply with funding regulations. Your expertise will be critical in offering invaluable insights to optimize the project implementation process as you guide clients through every stage of the project lifecycle.
You will also be a part of a wider PwC CEE funding experts’ group, boosting your skills on an international level and making a real difference in the world of EU funding and state aid.
Be responsible for project management – oversee the entire project implementation lifecycle and ensure its compliance with funding regulations
Handle reporting and compliance – draft project implementation progress reports, support clients in public procurement processes, and mitigate communication with funding authorities.
Contribute to application development – assist colleagues in identifying relevant EU and national funding programs, analyzing their suitability for clients, and developing tailored project applications for specific funding calls
Support business development – actively participate in the creation of new and development of existing service offerings while leveraging PwC technology (e.g., RPA, AI) solutions
At least 1-3 years of experience in EU project management / administration (focus on energy efficiency, renewable energy sources (RES) or innovation is a plus)
Numeracy and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail in collecting, organizing, and interpreting data
A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to not only utilize AI, RPA and other technologies for service delivery but also develop internal innovative technology solutions
Communication skills, both written and oral, in Lithuanian and English
The monthly gross salary for this position ranges from 1300 EUR to 2600 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
