Meet the Team:

Join the dynamic leadership team at Dexcom Lithuania, where you'll be at the heart of our Global Business Services (GBS) in Vilnius. As the Director of Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our operations to new heights, not just for EMEA but on a global scale. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Dexcom Lithuania and the Sr. Director of International Operations for GBS Vilnius, you'll be a key player in our mission to deliver exceptional value and efficiency.
 

Your Role:

As the Director of Operations, you'll be the linchpin in our collaboration with both internal and external partners. Your mission? To ensure our operations run like a well-oiled machine, hitting all the right metrics. You'll support senior leaders across functions, crafting and executing a global business services strategy that aligns perfectly with our organizational goals. Your success will be measured by how well you and your team meet and exceed expectations, delivering measurable, value-driven services.

You'll be the champion of our Management Operating System (MOS), Continuous Improvement (CI), and Performance Management standards. Working closely with Business Transformation Leaders, you'll implement enhancements and changes, always with a global mindset while supporting local, regional, and global initiatives.
 

Where You Come In:

  • Efficient Operations Management: You'll take charge of maintaining and improving our operative standards, including MOS, CI, and Performance Management
  • Performance Improvement: By addressing performance and reporting measures, you'll keep our operations on the cutting edge, regularly syncing with stakeholders on KPI trends, initiatives, and automation
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with site leadership to develop and manage the GBS Vilnius budget, ensuring financial objectives are met
  • Service Delivery Management: Oversee service engagement, customer relationship management, and feedback systems to ensure top-notch service delivery
  • Service Modelling: Lead the creation and development of services, including road mapping, service menus, and SLAs in collaboration with department leads and global process owners
  • Transformation Initiatives: Partner with the Business Transformation team to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, tracking and reporting results to senior leadership
  • Governance and Metrics: Conduct monthly and quarterly service performance reviews, preparing for meetings at all organizational levels and leading governance efforts
  • Communication and Change Management: Develop proactive communication and change management strategies to enhance understanding and awareness of our shared services strategy
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Coach and mentor leadership through performance reviews, working across all GBS functions and locations to resolve issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of industry experience
  • 9+ years of successful management experience in relevant industry - Global Business Service Center experience is a plus.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €7,827.08 to €9,668.75 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
