About the role
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be involved in the planning, optimisation, and evaluation of digital marketing initiatives for our three Baltic passenger routes. These strategies are developed collaboratively with an agile marketing route team, supported by external digital marketing agencies and partnerships with Google and META. The primary objective of these efforts is to promote the routes and onboard services in alignment with our strategic objectives.
Throughout this process, your role will be crucial in achieving our objectives of acquiring and retaining customers across the entire customer journey. This involves leveraging digital channels and tools such as paid social, programmatic display, SEO, SEM, affiliates, and web analytics.
