Job Summary:
At Bison Commerce, we’re scaling fast across multiple online channels and looking to strengthen how we plan, execute, and grow our marketing efforts. We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Projects Manager to help drive performance across Google, Affiliate, Meta, Bing, Email and emerging channels by keeping everything running smoothly between our internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
This is a mid-level, on-site role focused on project coordination, marketing execution, vendor collaboration, and reporting. You won’t be doing hands-on media buying, but you’ll play a key role in making sure campaigns are aligned, vendors stay informed, and opportunities for growth are acted on.
You’ll support meetings with vendors to help showcase results and pitch marketing initiatives, coordinate cross-channel campaigns with agencies, and ensure new channels are onboarded efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to increasing vendor funded budgets and improving how we execute and track campaigns across the business.
If you’re organized, proactive, and excited to work at the center of marketing, operations, and partnerships, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing activities across Google, Meta, Bing, Email, Affiliate and other channels in partnership with internal teams and external media buying partners, no hands on buying required, but you’ll help develop growth strategies for both existing and new channels
- Support the vendor management team in meetings and communications, while taking the lead on creating marketing related proposals, presenting results, and driving opportunities to secure and grow co-op budgets
- Work closely with agencies and outsourced partners to keep deliverables, timelines, and campaign goals on track
- Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring seasonal promotions, vendor funded campaigns, and SKU launches are planned and executed smoothly
- Track performance and KPIs for campaigns and channels, share insights with teams and vendors, and help ensure budgets are spent effectively
- Prepare campaign briefs and manage creative asset delivery, feedback, and approvals
- Maintain organized workflows using Asana and look for ways to improve processes and efficiency
Qualifications:
- 2 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing, project coordination, or a similar role
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Background in a digital marketing agency or experience working with agencies is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of major ad platforms like Google, Affiliate, Meta, Bing, and email tools - you don’t need to run campaigns, but you should know how they work
- Confident communicator - able to keep vendors, partners, and internal teams aligned without micro-managing
- Strong project coordination skills - able to keep multiple moving parts on track without losing sight of deadlines
- Comfortable working with marketing performance data and pulling insights when needed
- Proactive, organized, and not afraid to ask questions or take ownership of projects
