We’re looking for a passionate, high-performing and detail-oriented Destination Manager who will be responsible for the health and quality of the travel product offering across the Nordic Countries. The Destination Manager will have a deep understanding of key trends, opportunities, and challenges within Nordic countries and work to optimize our product offering to best match the consumer demand in terms of product variety, pricing, and availability.
Responsibilities
- Curate and manage a high-quality portfolio of tours and experiences across Nordic Countries destinations, ensuring offerings meet our standards for uniqueness, value, and customer appeal.
- Identify and onboard new supply partners to fill product gaps, strengthen our regional coverage, and bring fresh, engaging experiences to market.
- Drive product development efforts by working closely with operators to optimize existing experiences and introduce innovative, locally inspired offerings.
- Act as a market ambassador, building strong relationships within the local travel and tourism ecosystem to enhance our presence and credibility across the Nordic countries.
- Negotiate competitive commercial terms with partners while ensuring long-term value and alignment with business goals.
- Monitor performance metrics such as availability, conversion, and customer satisfaction to continually refine our destination strategy.
- Champion quality and consistency by aligning our offerings with traveler expectations and market trends, ensuring we remain a preferred platform for both customers and suppliers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B account management, business development, or sales, ideally within a marketplace or digital platform environment.
- Background in the travel industry—such as working with an OTA, tour operator, or related sector—is highly valued.
- Commercially driven with a strong focus on scaling business and expanding destination coverage.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and manage growth targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Solid understanding of the travel and tourism landscape, especially in Nordic countries, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage partners and stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a high degree of ownership and accountability in managing your portfolio.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across partner relationships and product management.
- Must be available to work evening and late-night shifts from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (GMT+3)
