We’re looking for a Delivery Lead to join us at Telia.
I’m Vytautas Kavoliūnas, Head of OM Legacy & Transformation, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We develop and maintain all CRM’s & Integration layer systems, providing services such as: Customer Master Data Management, Customer 360, Product and Offering, Order Management, Service Provisioning, Product Delivery & Variety of Integration Services.
What you’ll do:
Serve as a key link between business and IT in SAP CRM Development area, while driving team performance and stakeholder satisfaction through structured planning and continuous improvement. You will:
Facilitate Scrum meetings, workshops, and preparation for ART events.
Align on priorities and delivery planning activities together with the Product Owner.
Visualize team capacity, progress, and value creation.
Remove impediments and lead efforts in relentless improvement.
What will help you thrive in this role:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to keep appropriate priorities while maintaining high quality. You also need:
Experience in Scrum Master/Product Owner/Project Manager position.
Understanding of software development lifecycle or hands on software development experience.
Proficiency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken form).

Monthly salary range for this position - 3000-4500 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonus. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
