As a Data Steward/Data Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing master data, establishing governance frameworks, and driving data excellence. You will contribute to the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem by:

• Developing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and processes to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
• Managing master data across various domains, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility
• Collaborating with stakeholders to establish data standards and best practices that align with business objectives
• Monitoring data usage and quality metrics to identify and resolve data-related issues proactively
• Facilitating data stewardship and governance training to promote awareness and adherence to data management practices
• Supporting cross-functional teams in leveraging master data for decision-making, strategic planning, and operational efficiency
• Contributing to building a data stewardship community across internal departments

• Experience in data governance, data stewardship, or a related field
• Strong understanding of master data management concepts and practices
• Ability to develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies
• Excellent communication skills with a capacity to engage and educate stakeholders on data governance principles
• Familiarity with data quality tools and techniques to monitor and improve data integrity
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related challenges, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
• Professional written and spoken English

Would be an advantage:

• Understanding of data modeling and database design principles
• Experience with data governance platforms
• Good knowledge of Python/ SQL
